It’s hard to pick a meal that everyone enjoys, that can be made easily, cheaply, and at scale. The ones that can tick off all four boxes are what I call School Camp Classics.
The list is very limited, but top of the list would have to be the Sticky Date Pudding. We made it for dessert tonight, and while I hadn’t spent the night sleeping in a tent or trying to read a map, it still hit the spot.
