Walmart is an American icon. Love it or hate it, you’d be hard pressed to find someone who hasn’t bought something there.
We went there today to show Dee and Ben around, and we thought it was a scream. In particular, Ben and I were captivated by the fishing aisle, where they had a rod which you could easily fit into your briefcase. A far cry from the surf rod, but if you’re hiking out there and would love to see what’s out there nibbling, you could go a lot worse than that.
It was also cool to have Ky, loss prevention extraordinaire, point out the visible artificers of her hidden world. More about that tomorrow.
