I had a late one last night , trying to figure out a particular knotty problem. Being tired didn’t help, and after a few hours I had barely made any progress. It was frustrating, but also slightly concerning, as I had planned to present to the team in the morning.
The mind does wonderful things while you’re sleeping. When my alarm went off, I knew exactly what to do, and was able to deliver the goods. Today was just the dress rehearsal, tomorrow is the big show.
