August is a busy month for me. I’m back in Aus for a week, then off to Europe two weeks afterwards for a friend’s weddings. It’s a lot to plan for.
One thing that has added to the puzzle is planning work for my team while away. I manage a (very) small team at the moment, only one person, but that will grow to at least three by the end of the month.
In the past, I just set my OOO and was out the door. Now, I’m still holding the bag.
