I love making roast chicken. It is, by far, the hardest dish I know how to make.
The good news is that tonight, my chicken was a 9/10. As the hero of the dish, that’s a great sign. But the potatoes were a 7/10, and the vegetables and sauce utterly forgettable.
I’ve knocked various parts of the dish out of the park in the past, but never all elements together.
The quest continues.
