My sister recently turned 30, but it was only yesterday when we got the chance to give her her gift. Liv is a terrific and meticulous cook, so we decided on the KitchenAid pasta making attachment.
Everyone loves fresh pasta, and it is both quick and easy to make. However, rolling it out with handcrank is a nightmare, and unless you are an octopus, is a two, if not three person job.
Enter the KitchenAid attachment. It easily attaches to the mothership, and makes the whole process a breeze. At least that is what it said on the website.
So this evening, we tried it out. Lo and behold, it worked a charm! I hope Liv gets to use it for many, many more years to come!
