This evening, I was fortunate enough to catch up with two groups of friends in Melbourne CBD; one at the Kelvin Club, the other at the Athaneum. They were good fun.
I still like to call them the Dinosaur Museum, as they do tend to attract a rather prehistoric crowd, but there are always a few young un’s about. In this context, that is anyone under the age of 45.
Nonetheless, I’m a fan of getting dressed up in suit and tie, having a nice meal, and enjoying good company. With a young family, it’s a luxury I rarely get to enjoy, so it was a real treat.
