Easter is nearly upon us, and today while at the department store we decided to pick up a few goodies for our nanny. Two things surprised us.
In the Commonwealth, there would be dozens of different chocolate egg options. Bougie options. Budget options. White, milk, dark, Swiss style, Dubai style, salted, caramelised, chillied, hazlenutted. Maybe other stores are different, but the Sloan’s Lake Target was seriously lacking.
On the flip side, they had a bunch of Percy Pigs, the only lolly I actually quite enjoy. They’re usually only available at M&S in the UK, so that was a pleasant surprise.
