The list

A few messages, I wrote about trialling a 72 hour Not To Do list, crowdsourced from readers. You can read it HERE.

So far, the list of Not To Do’s are:

• Not to speak to my sister
• No wearing headphones while others are in the room
• No doom scrolling
• No small talk
• No second helpings

It starts at 7am Tuesday and concludes 7am Friday. Any additional requests will be added, within reason.
