Yesterday it was a hundred degrees, and we were absolutely cooking. So we did what any sane person would do, we went to the pool.
Our good friends live near a neighberhood pool, and I really mean it. Their local watering hole is owned, managed, and (mostly) frequented by the nearby residents. Large signs warned that “Trespassers will be prosecuted”, but we just walked in and starting frolicking. They even had a BBQ.
Overall, it was a great few hours to chill out, cool off, and spend time with friends.
