The Luxembourg Gardens are wonderful. While not the most beautiful in terms of horticulture, they’re packed with activities for all types.
We spent a few hours there this morning. It started out at the fountain, where you could rent out little sail boats and let them rip around.
We chose the Ukrainian boat to show a bit of #solidarity, and initially it was a bit cursed. It got stuck in the duck house at some point, and then took on water from the central fountain. But after that wet start, O and I were delighted to see it whip around.
After that, we went to the carousel, and the pony ride, and O’s day went from good to great. It was a special, special Saturday.
