With Ky away for a bit, I realized I needed to set myself some goals to keep me focused. Here they are:
– Minimum of 30 minutes of exercise
– Call a friend
– 20 minutes of learning something new
– Cook every meal when not with others
– Work on one of my projects for 20 minutes a day.
These are all achievable, and necessary for a rich and fulfilling life, and hopefully will last longer than the time Ky is away.
