I’m in Saratoga for the US AFL nationals, and just finished day 1. The good news is that we’re through to the semi-finals tomorrow, and thus our tournament continues.
The bad news is that after beating the Portland Steelheads (?), we went scoreless against the Maine Coons Cats. They kicked 3-13, so it could have been NASTY if they had packed their kicking boots.
The ugly is I still have the sore ribs, a janky right shoulder, and a stiff right knee. Our CHF has a broken collarbone, and it didn’t stop raining pretty much the whole day.
Overall, a pretty great day!
