A local yoga place has opened up down the road, so Ky and I went down to try it out. They’re offering free classes for the first two weeks, so it would be rude not to.
I’m not very stretchy, and I’m not a size six female decked out in Lulu Lemon, so a lot of yoga studios make me feel a bit extraterrestrial, but this one was really great. It was Yin, so plenty of time to stretch out, and I left the class sixty minutes later both bendy and zen-dy.
It was great to see the owner, an Australian woman who had moved to Denver, working behind the desk and interacting with her potential customers. For many small businesses, customer service is the most important thing. I’m glad she is making it a priority, she has giver herself every chance for success.
