Our next door neighbour is making his NBA debut today, and we wanted to celebrate for him! Not knowing what exactly he might want, we decided to go for something everyone like, Chocolate Cake.
Although he’s just a rookie, he has the famous number 23 on his jersey, which, fun fact, was the same number I wore in high school football. It’s a good omen.
I cook all the time, but rarely bake, so it was a good experience. It’s less prone to free styling, which is a shame, but the results speak for themselves. They were delicious (we ate the one on the left with some friends this afternoon).
