I have never really fell in love with a cook before. I’ve used some before, but often find that they have a few bangers, and the rest of the book is just a waste of space.
Sometimes the recipes are too complex, or have a style which I don’t really gel with (Jamie Oliver, for example).
But I think I may have found a winner, as this week Ky brought home the official recipe book from the author of RecipeTinEats, and so far we have worked through two meals. Both of them have been easily top 15 we have made this year; one was a hot honey crunch salmon, and the other was a laksa that came together in 30 minutes.
I haven’t been this excited about cooking for a while, and we have challenged ourselves to tick off all 150 recipes within the next two years.
