How do measure if you had a good week or not? Do you use a checklist or quantitative approach, idealized as “my goals are to do X, Y., and Z; if I do, that’s a success”.
Or is it a feeling you have on Friday evening where you think, well, that was time well spent, even if you didn’t knock off every goal.
I really screwed up going to the gym, but I got a lot of work done, and as someone who really enjoys it, that’s a positive. I’ll make up for the skipped sessions over the weekend.
