Oscar Jenkins, my former school buddy, has been found alive in Russia. For those who don’t remember, Oscar has enlisted to fight for the Ukrainian Foreign Legion, and had been captured two months ago by Russian forces.

My fear was that once captured, the chance of Mr Jenkins staying alive were slim. But today, there is proof out that while he is still in a tricky situation, he is, most importantly, alive.
