I am back in Melbourne for a friend’s wedding, and last night was treated to a three course birthday dinner put on by my sisters. It was very special.
I love spending time with my sisters and their partners, and it’s always hard with us being split over oceans. The really went all out, including making a birthday cake, roasting a hunk of beef, and putting together the most delicious entrees.
Apparently they do this for each other every year whenever someone has a birthday, and I think that’s beautiful.
Honestly, I’m still buzzing about it.
