One of my bad habits when Ky isn’t around is letting my sleep schedule stretch out. Last night I went to bed late and read for a bit, then next thing I know it’s 1:30. It’s not something I like, but it has a habit of creeping up on me.
I have an early start tomorrow, so it’s critical that I go to bed early, or at least earlier. While it might be rough, the upside is that I will get to reset my body clock. I’m not a natural morning person, but I definitely am my best self when I am.
