I was due to write about my time in Melbourne, but honestly, the time has escaped me, and I am in no position to write the things I mean to say.
Instead, I’ll pick some low hanging fruit and say how saddened I was by the inflationary curse that has hit Australia’s liquor stores.
However, not all is lost. Wine in particular seems particularly good value, and I have had the good fortune to try many of them this long weekend.
