Tonight was one of the most active Northern Lights events in quite some time. If you found yourself within this area of the map, there was a reasonable chance you could see them.
Unfortunately, despite being in the zone, we didn’t see them. Being downtown didn’t help, but we drove out 40 minutes into the boonies, and unfortunately, still nothing.
It wasn’t all doom and gloom, having a drive is a nice way to spend some time together, but a few colours would have been nice.
Some people were far luckier!
