I had a friend (and a subscriber!) who used to eat only One Meal a Day, or OMAD as they call it in the community.
Initially, I thought he was nuts. How on earth could he survive off just one meal, when I was getting rumbles around 11 after stuffing my damper hole only a few hours earlier.
Anyway, I tried it today, nothing until dinner, including the gym. Did I feel hungry during the day? Sure. Was it fleeting? Absolutely. Did I have a blowout at dinner? Not really, maybe a bit more.
I think I’ll do a bit more of this going forward, at least until I reach a current goal.
