I love mixing things up in the kitchen. New recipes, ingredients, techniques etc. It’s always either something new, or trying to improve something I have done before.
Until recently. Every Monday, we have lamb koftas on the bbq. It’s not something I take too seriously, or try to improve. I know they’ll be good, easy to make, and quick to cook. I could probably think about way to make the flavour pop more or add more authentic spices, but for Monday, I think it’s fine as is.
It is very much in rotation.
