Our main road is being repaved.
How do I know this?
Well, to begin with, our car was towed this morning.
It’s an absolute disgrace. There has been no warning, no letters, no one telling us what is going on. Fortunately, towing just meant round the corner, literally, but they still whacked us with a $175 fine.
I would pay it unhappily but without anger if it was my genuine mistake, but it wasn’t. We’ve clapped back, and hopefully we can have the ticket dismissed.
