I’m at the airport, waiting to fly back to Denver. The past two days in San Francisco have been great.
Travelling for work isn’t always glamorous, and being away from Octavia and Ky is horrible. But we had a very productive 48 hours, I was able to see one of my best buds from Oxford, enjoyed a succulent Chinese meal, and officially launched the website I had been working on for the past two months. It’s live and being used by our sales team, and I can’t wait to see how it works for them.
Going for two days means I don’t have to catch the 5am flight. It also means that tomorrow isn’t hell. But it does mean, at least on this occassion, that my flight has been delayed an hour, and I won’t get home until 2am.
