Today was Martin Luther King Day over in the States. It’s not widely observed, so Ky and I decided to do our own thing.
MLK lived an interesting life, full of ups and downs, soaring highs and crushing lows. Do you know who also experiences that regularly? The average cowboy competing at the Denver Stock Show Rodeo!
It was a blast. Over a few hours, we saw mutton bustin’, bucking broncs, steer wrestling, a lasso artist, and a petting zoo.
Overall, a great way to spend a federal holiday!
