QANTAS sent me a flurry of emails this afternoon. For the second time, they have decided to move our flight times. The first time was super annoying, and meant we had to pick a new route. This time, they are changing the landing time by 15 minutes.
That’s right, there has not been any change to our departure time, but for some reason, the good folks working down at the Flying Kangaroo believe that our flight will now come in 15 minutes later, and that it is prudent to tell everyone on board.
It really isn’t. I appreciate the sentiment behind it, and full transparency is the only way you can really run a successful logistics business like QANTAS. But from my point of view, I just need you to tell me when to be there, and where we are going.
I’ll be interested in seeing what time we touch down, and how close it is to their new, proposed time.
